Happy June Everyone. Some of our delegate's school years are over, and some have another week or so to go.
Each summer, nearly 7,000 educators meet to debate the vital issues that impact American public education and set National Education Association policy and activities for the year ahead. These delegates represent the 3 million members of the NEA.
This year delegates will meet at the Representative Assembly in person in Chicago, July 3-6, and online from around the country. Pre-RA meetings start on July 2.
Virginia will have 130 delegates attending the NEA RA, whether it be in person or virtually.
